We collaborate on forecasting and planning your product to ensure correct inventory is available and in stock. Our intricate tools help visualize trends so we can get production planned, booked, and shipped complete and on time.
Product Management
We optimize the potential of selling your product into retail by utilizing our skills throughout the product life cycle. Our Project Managers take your product from start to finish to ensure execution is at its highest potential.
Logistics
Our Sales Coordinators partner with your team to handle front and back end logistics. They work closely with Sales, Marketing and Project Managers to ensure PO's are received on time and shipped complete.

Our Story
Four Decades of Excellence
From our humble beginnings in Minnetonka to becoming an established rep group across the Midwest, our journey reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and partnership.

1985 - The Beginning
Founded in Minnetonka, MN by Tony Chihak and Mike Jurewicz to grow year by year with vendors, retailers and personnel.

1992 - Tim Hahn Joins
Welcomed Tim Hahn, formerly with SmithKline Beechem and Norelco, bringing wealth of knowledge and experience.

1994 - Then There Were Three
Tony, Mike and Tim became equal owners. Each had their own businesses continuing to grow bigger with additional employees and expanded space.

1997 - Maximum Sales!
Tony and Tim buy out Mike to form Maximum Sales, focusing on Midwest expertise with strong emphasis on Target, Menards, Kohl's and specialty stores.
2006 - New Location
Moved offices from Circle Drive, Minnetonka to Minneapolis Medical Arts building on the skyway level, a stone's throw from Target Headquarters.
2010 - Growth Continues
Added a sample room to accommodate our expanding business and growing client base.
2011 - Menards Expansion
Opened new office and warehouse in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where Menards is headquartered, to capitalize on our growing relationship.
2014 - Onward & Upward
Additional office space became necessary to support sales growth, system enhancements and a growing team as the business continued to evolve.
Today - Team of 20+
Our team of over 20 members working with many vendors forms the Maximum Sales of today.

Owner/Sales
Over 30 years' experience as a Manufacturer's Rep with numerous "Vendor of the Year" awards from Target. Committed to conducting business with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Laura Christianson
Chief Financial Officer
Over 25 years of experience with 20 years at Maximum Sales. Responsible for all financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, payroll, 401k, and commissions.
Mike Griffore
Director of Sales
25 years experience calling on Midwest accounts with exceptional sales management experience and numerous recognition awards. Accounts: Menards, Target, United Hardware, Northern Tool & Equipment.

Over 20 years at Maximum Sales with extensive sales and customer service experience. Winner of numerous Rep of the Year awards. Accounts: Target, Bluestem Brands.
